The Bachelor of Engineering Science program is an integrated design-orientated program that aims to produce creative, engineering technologists who have knowledge of the social, environmental, economic and organisational aspects of their work.
The main characteristic of this program is applied design in a systems context, which is encompassed by two study majors:
Design Engineering and Systems Engineering.
Second year specialises in one of the following programs: Mining, Mechanical, or Civil. Areas of study within the Mechanical Engineering program include Machinery Design, Automated Systems Control, Machinery Dynamics and Industrial Data Communications

IELTS Overall band score of 6.0, with no individual sub-score less than 5.5.
TOEFL Score of 550, including the Test of Written English (TWE) or a score of 213 in the computer based test or a minimum score of 79 in the internet based test (with scores not less than 20 in writing and speaking and 18 in reading and listening)
Candidate should complete at least 18 years of age completed. There are no additional entry requirements to enter this program other than the University Entry Requirements.
