As one of Ontario’s largest colleges, the Fanshawe College of Applied Arts and Technology serves the
greater London region by providing flexible, experiential education opportunities that are aligned with labour market needs. Through four campuses in London, Simcoe, St. Thomas and Woodstock , Fanshawe is home to over 43,000 students and offers more than 200 degree, diploma, certificate and apprenticeship programs. The college aims to help students reach their maximum potential, achieving success in disciplines that include applied arts, business, health care, human services, hospitality and technology. A significant benefit of studying at Fanshawe is their large number of co-operative education programs; over 50 at present, which is considerably more than any other college in Canada. These programs combine valuable, paid work experience together with the academic program, helping students to get valuable real-life experience even during the course of their study. Healthcare students can undertake Certificate programs in Gerontology Practice and Health Systems Management.
