Job Description

  • Handling the business promotion activities.
  • Assessing the education industry and getting leads for business promotion.
  • Specific marketing campaigns and projects within the department and to assist with the implementation of the department’s policy, strategies and campaigns.
  • The Executive will have to formulate the contents for the marketing mix and put forth efficient and innovative marketing plans.

Responsibilities :

  • Keep the rules and standards of the organization and be the representative who deliver the best to the customer .
  • Organize and attend joint sales calls with Vendors.
  • Open new accounts.
  • Prepare reports for marketing and sales and keeping expense accounts.
  • Generate new and repeat sales by providing product, technical information in a timely manner.
  • Identify customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend relevant products/solutions.
  • Keep up to date on new products, services, procedures and tools by attending training and departmental meetings.
  • Contact customers following sales to ensure on going customer satisfaction.
  • Present a professional image at all times.
  • Study the product thoroughly and know the marketing techniques .
  • Improve Communication skill according to the changing styles and fashion of the market .
  • Report to the team leader for all the activities on a daily , monthly and quarterly basis .
  • Present a professional image at all times.
  • You must take the ownership of the task assigned to you.
  • Schedule the appointments and visit existing customers to review product needs and determining other opportunities.
  • Deliver the best quote to the customer and know the competition and report to the team leader Proactively recommend products needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability.
  • Responsible to liaise between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.

  • PG: Any Postgraduate – Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM – Any Specialization
  • Doctorate: Any Doctorate – Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
