Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain existing customers and strengthen the relations.
  • Attending inbound calls.
  • Negotiation of documents.
  • Preparation of Students Admission Documents.
  • Handling back office process.
  • Able to communicate directly with students and authorities over email/phone.
  • Screen candidates and advise them about most suitable program that meets their qualification and requirement.
